Cancellation policy
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. This typically occurs within 48 hours of placing your order. We encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes, please contact us immediately info@wallartjob.com

Damaged or defective items
If your wall art arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. You must return the damaged item for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned damaged item. Please ensure the item is returned in the condition it was received, along with original packaging. Contact us info@wallartjob.com within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return for a damaged or defective item.

Return policy for non-damaged items
Once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. In certain cases where a return is allowed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied. The customer is always responsible for shipping returned items. All returned goods must be in the condition received.
